We have planned and produced literally hundreds of meetings over the course of 14 years. The following examples are just a couple of those meetings. For each example, we will give you real people that you may contact as a reference for our services.

Meeting Planning:

For a recent three day meeting with approximately 350 attendees, we were able to negotiate considerable cost savings (more than paying for our management fee):

$20 per room for 480 rooms
waiver of $10,000 rental fee for meeting room
$2,600 of complimentary and discounted staff rooms.

General Session Production and A/V Rental:

For a three day general session, we assigned a producer to produce the general session, provided all A/V gear (exceeding specs for previous equipment), added on-location digital video editing production, preproduced opening and closing modules, preproduced video rolls for speaker introductions, supplied a dedicated tech staff, contacted and prepared all speaker PowerPoint presentations weeks before the meeting, produced digital video segments that were played continuously displaying daily itineraries on 42" plasma screens. THE TOTAL COST FOR THESE SERVICES WERE EQUIVALENT TO WHAT OUR CLIENT PAID FOR A/V RENTAL ONLY DURING THEIR PREVIOUS MEETING!
